 N.S.W. School of Therapeutic Massage  
If your budget is as tight as your hamstrings, check out the N.S.W. School of Therapeutic Massage located off Park Street between Hyde Park and the Town Hall CityRail station. The student clinic offers various massage styles for as little as AU$20 an hour on Thursdays and Saturdays, or professional massage for AU$70 an hour.

For a distinctly local experience, head to Wylie's Baths, a historic ocean pool built in 1907 on the rocky shoreline south of Coogee Beach in Sydney's southeastern suburbs. Here you can enjoy a good swim followed by an affordable seaside massage on the open-air deck. Admission to the baths is only AU$2.50 for adults, and massage rates begin at AU$38 for half an hour.
