Yoga

In this episode we hit the beach to improve our volleys when we learn about the growing sport of beach tennis.  Then we’ll head to the USTA to work our volleys in the gym.  The USTA’s Head of Sports Science will give us the science behind training for a better volley.   If traditional yoga isn’t your thing, then you better watch.  We’ve got Yoga for Athletes…and there’s no chanting just great cross training for your tennis!  And if you’ve ever found yourself on a losing streak, you’ll want to watch…we will talk to the sports psychologist that helped Vincent Spadea come back from the longest losing streak in history!  ATP players, Viktor Troiki and Johan Brunstrom are going to show us how they stay FIT to HIT!   This is an action packed show you won’t want to miss!
