The fourth-ranked Serb broke Suarez Navarro six times on the outdoor clay to improve to 3-0 against the Spaniard.

A very well contested match as Navarro is really tough on clay but Jelena was patient today with her groundies and her defensive play was very good. It was hard to pick up the ball on that clay, I agree with you it would be nice if we could pick it up better somehow. A few more matches like this and Jelena can find her game and confidence that she has lost for while.

It's great to watch you play Jelena. You are usually so positive, please don't lose that. I hope that you will have what you deem to be a successful season. I'm pulling for you just like so many others. Keep up the good work!

This win was all that JJ nedded to get her motor started and running.... I do believe she will be fine for the rest of the season.... Although she and Narvarro did not hold serve well but it was a good match. My eyes are get used to watching for the ball against the clay.... I really do wish they would change the color of the ball for the clay,,,, couldn't they just change the color for the viewer? the ball in person would not really change color just the broadcasted ball. Like my mother used to always say, " IF they can put a man of the moon -they should be able to__________.
