The 2012 USTA Boys 18 National Clay courts ended in a rather rare situation. # 1 seed Jared Hiltzik of Wilmette, Illinois, USTA National Winter Champion & Spring Finalist lead # 16 seed George Goldhoff of Irvine, California 6-3 3-1 at the Delay Beach tennis center in Florida.The match was suspended and later abandoned because of heavy rains and no playable clay courts available within a 2 hour drive.Dave “Koz” Kozlowski caught up via cell with the two finalists to get their thoughts.
