It's great to see these players play each other...I don't want to see Federer burned out before he is to start back up with the season.

I was at the match with my son and those being overly critical missed the point; what an opportunity to see two greats (athletes and gentlemen) play a sport they (and I) love. It was a bargain even with the early uneven play!..Bomber John 5: You should have stuck with this; the tennis got better as the pressure grew; just as you'd expect from these champions...Christen: The match is being replayed tonight on the Tennis Channel @ 11:00 and can be streamed on the Internet any time during the next week or so...One critique: Absolutely horrible line judges. It looked like they got some corporate sponsors to fill in as judges. They were not worthy of the event.

Question-- What player from the wooden racket era reminds you of Fed? I believe he's Bjorn Borg with a modern racket. Borg fast as Fed and a great serve and the ability to hit unbelievable shots from the remotest regions of the court. Never got tired. Fed has a better volley. Both could play on all surfaces.

What an embarrxxxment for tennis. I ended up watching reruns of Law and Order. I feel sorry for the people who paid money to see an evening of unforced errors and bad tennis. I hope that Roger and Pete will not repeat this comic version..of real tennis. Shame on both of them for demeaning the sport and the players who make a living as tennis pros.....The promoters should give the money back and do..something else for a living. Were the previous matches as bad as this one?....I'll have to go back to the Aussies for my real tennis heroes.........

Who were all of the speedbumps/ankle hazards sitting on the court across from the chair umpire?
