Position: Accounts Payable Supervisor
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Perform and supervise weekly full cycle accounts payable process
o Prepare weekly cash requirements and monthly cash burn reports
o Supervise Accounts Payable Clerk as workload deems necessary
o Perform Quarterly and Annual processing and reporting, including but not limited to 1099 reporting
o Oversee vendor maintenance in Great Plains AP system
o Work closely and collaborate with other Finance department team members to meet month-end close and annual financial audit objectives
o Contribute towards AP functional and departmental continuous process improvement initiatives
o Interact daily with all Department Heads and vendors
o Special assignments and analysis as required
Qualifications:
o 3+ years supervisory and/or lead role in Accounts Payable is required
o Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience is required
o Highly proficient in monthly, quarterly, and annual Accounts Payable processes
o Current experience with Great Plains or a major accounting system application
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
