Pierre Vudrag

Pierre Vudrag is vice president of business and legal affairs for Tennis Channel, the only 24-hour, television-based multimedia destination dedicated to tennis and the healthy, active lifestyle that surrounds it. Based in its Los Angeles headquarters, he serves as in-house legal affairs advisor and heads all network business and legal affairs, including licensing program content, tournament marks/logos, libraries and athlete name and likeness.

Vudrag additionally coordinates Tennis Channel brand’s efforts throughout regional offices in New York, Atlanta and Detroit, and works closely with these executive teams to regulate contract language, footage use, sweepstakes, broadband media and all affiliates. He is largely responsible for the legal aspects of the channel’s various brand platforms, including network, Web, VOD, broadband and wireless applications.
 
Prior to Tennis Channel, Vudrag spent close to six years with the Fox Cable Networks Group, where he negotiated and drafted development, acquisition and production agreements for original national programming for Fox Sports Net. He also was responsible for the legal aspects within a number of programs. A longtime music industry veteran, Vudrag also has served as the president of Mutiny Records, Inc. in New York.
